Having POTS and MCAS is basically the worst combo ever. Everything triggers a reaction and makes my heart rate go absolutely nuts. Most electrolyte products have additives that set off my mast cells but these don't seem to trigger anything which is honestly a miracle. My heart rate is way more stable now and I'm not having those random tachycardia episodes that used to happen 6+ times per day. The anti inflammatory stuff in these might be helping my MCAS too because I'm not as reactive to everything around me. Still have to be careful but at least I can function somewhat normally now.
