I purchased these products and have been trying to get a response since the 4th of January.
I don't trust these guys and not impressed with their product. Buyers be careful.
I have ordered with this Company. Never received the product. They keep sending the same automated email over and over again.They are claiming my Adress is in a rural area albeit I live in the middle of Palma de Mallorca.Now they proceeded to use my billing adress in Germany sending me the same automated message.I have written 7 emails but get nothing but the same response every time!!!!!!I am beyond annoyed and feel utterly scammed. I do not recommend ordering from this Company as there is 0 customer service, only robotic emails!!!!!!
I am really disappointed with this company.I made an order on the 26th October for some PoTS gummies. I received an email saying my order should be arriving soon, and yet nothing came. I reached out to the company multiple times and didn't hear anything back for over a week. I was starting to feel like I had been hoaxed. But then an order arrived, the wrong order. So once again, I have been trying to contact the company and received just a general bot response, which clearly showed no one had actually read my email. I emailed them back, and yet again, no response. In the meantime, I have been sent multiple marketing emails and emails asking me to rate my order.I was so excited to start these supplements after the claims that have been made about the PoTS gummies, but 6 weeks later, I still haven't received my order or any real correspondence from the company. Meanwhile, they keep doing huge flash sales and offers - and don't seem to care about the orders that have already been made.
Having POTS and MCAS is basically the worst combo ever. Everything triggers a reaction and makes my heart rate go absolutely nuts. Most electrolyte products have additives that set off my mast cells but these don't seem to trigger anything which is honestly a miracle. My heart rate is way more stable now and I'm not having those random tachycardia episodes that used to happen 6+ times per day. The anti inflammatory stuff in these might be helping my MCAS too because I'm not as reactive to everything around me. Still have to be careful but at least I can function somewhat normally now.
The purchase experience was easy, and the products have been delivered.However we did not research this properly before making the purchase, so over the last 2 weeks I have emailed the company several times with specific questions about the safety of using these gummies alongside anti-depressants, and so far I have received no reply. (We now realise the Methylene Blue cannot be taken with anti depressants)Consequently, the gummies have not yet been opened, as we need to be assured they are safe.We have high hopes!
