They charged me when I said I wanted to pause the subscription. Mind you, this is a very expensive service. They did not want to refund me even though I contacted them the second I was charged. They said the order had aleady been sent to pharmacy?? why would i care if i said not to charge me or send anything to me?? i wasnt even notified that i had a new prescription being sent to pharmacy, how am i supposed to know??? anyway, bad service, had to dispute with bank and tell them to cancel any future charges by them
