Really regret choosing this website as my provider for medicine. I debated about which website to use, with similar pricing, and decided to go with Eden. Customer service has been non-existent. I attempted to chat once, got a brief response that there was an “issue” sending my prescription to the pharmacy. I’ve asked several questions after and have not received a reply. It’s been over a week of the company taking almost $200 of my money and I have not received the product.

I was concerned that it would be an automatic order each month and I couldn't afford it along with the other Injections. They charged me when I said I wanted to pause the subscription. Mind you, this is a very expensive service. They did not want to refund me even though I contacted them the second I was charged. They said the order had aleady been sent to pharmacy?? why would i care if i said not to charge me or send anything to me?? i wasnt even notified that i had a new prescription being sent to pharmacy, how am i supposed to know??? anyway, bad service, had to dispute with bank and tell them to cancel any future charges by them

I wanted to let everyone know that Reah has been working with me for two days straight, trying to get some matters straightened out and she even suggested calling me which she did and we were able to get everything straightened out. I was trying to straighten some things out and answer some questions and somehow I accidentally paid another monthly payment and Reah went right in check my account and my payment was back in my bank in a couple of hours.
Reah has gone above and beyond helping me and is so very, very nice and courteous. I hope that anyone that reads this can rest assure they will be helped in any matter and with kindness and respect.
