I've been trying to return this item, but they keep offering me a partial refund if I keep it, first 25% and now 50%. I keep asking for return instructions, but it seems like they are stalling to make sure I miss the 30-day guarantee. They also claim you can stream various services for free, but you still have to pay for them. My other streaming devices do the same.
