I ordered 1, got 10 devices. No invoice and no return mailing address. I contacted my bank and Paypal. My emails are returned as undeliverable.
Can someone let me know the return address. I would appreciate it.
I've been trying to return this item, but they insist that if I keep it, they will offer me a refund of 25% or even 50%. I keep asking for return information, but it feels like they are delaying the process to ensure I can't return it within the 30-day guarantee. Furthermore, they advertise that you can stream various services for free, but you still must pay for each service to access them. My other streaming devices provide the same functionality.

Out of the five devices I bought, one doesn’t work. I've sent four emails to their support team and have only received acknowledgment of my messages. There has been no assistance in getting the device to function. I suspect that all the positive reviews are fabricated. Consider shopping elsewhere.
The device I received is completely useless and doesn't work at all. I was sent four units, none of which functioned. Customer service was quick to respond and sent out four replacements, but they didn't work either. I was offered a 25% refund, which I refused, and then they proposed 45%. I didn't accept that either, but they ended up refunding the 45%. In the end, I spent $160 on something completely worthless. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS; YOU WILL REGRET IT.
This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered. I noticed a mistake on my order immediately and contacted customer service right away. Within 5 minutes, I was told it was too late as it had already shipped. Now I'm waiting for a device that I believe will not arrive due to an incorrect mailing address. I was advised to return it once I receive it, but how can I return something I don’t have? The only customer service I manage to reach is AI, and their responses are automated. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend.
WARNING: COMPLETE SCAM! They also operate under a different name online, which appears to be AI-generated with fake reviews and features. When I ordered one device and one cable, I was charged for six of each and they initiated unauthorized future charges! THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM! Thankfully, I was able to cancel and report them quickly. Be vigilant!
I'm not satisfied. My order was placed on 26 September and didn’t arrive until 13 November, which is an unreasonable delay when the expected delivery was 5-9 days. I exchanged around 23 emails with customer service, but it was a hopeless experience! The device didn’t work, and the remote was also unresponsive. Although they answered my requests for detailed instructions quickly, the responses were unhelpful. Customer service felt ineffective with generic replies that missed the essence of my questions, particularly regarding the delivery delay. I was offered a 25% refund, which quickly increased to 50% if I didn't return the device. The whole situation seems suspicious, especially since they were reluctant to provide a return address.
