This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered. I noticed a mistake on my order immediately and contacted customer service right away. Within 5 minutes, I was told it was too late as it had already shipped. Now I'm waiting for a device that I believe will not arrive due to an incorrect mailing address. I was advised to return it once I receive it, but how can I return something I don’t have? The only customer service I manage to reach is AI, and their responses are automated. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend.
