I'm not satisfied. My order was placed on 26 September and didn’t arrive until 13 November, which is an unreasonable delay when the expected delivery was 5-9 days. I exchanged around 23 emails with customer service, but it was a hopeless experience! The device didn’t work, and the remote was also unresponsive. Although they answered my requests for detailed instructions quickly, the responses were unhelpful. Customer service felt ineffective with generic replies that missed the essence of my questions, particularly regarding the delivery delay. I was offered a 25% refund, which quickly increased to 50% if I didn't return the device. The whole situation seems suspicious, especially since they were reluctant to provide a return address.
