Quality has significantly declined over the past year. I can't get them to cover a direct copay for my dog's surgery. They refused because it exceeded 5k, contrary to how it was presented when I first acquired the plan. They eliminated wellness visits after the second year with minimal or no notice. I could access direct pay below 5k, but since the total bill surpasses that, they will not help treat my dog's leg as we've paid them to do for years. It feels like a series of payments for insurance, but when needed, it turns into a nightmare. So many payments in, yet no support due to restrictive policies preventing proper medical care for pets. Choose this if you want an insurance that vanishes when you need it.
