Our vets disagreed, stating they are safe, but they doubted their durability beyond a month given the pod's size. Considering this, we opted to cancel our order. That’s when the trouble began. They assert a 30-day return policy, but that’s incorrect. We spent six weeks trying to obtain a refund, enduring a long exchange of emails and heated discussions, even threatening to escalate the matter. Eventually, they offered a 50% refund and said we could keep the collars. "I don't want the collars!" In summary, while the collars seem harmless, their lifespan is questionable, and the company's ethics are lacking. They cannot be trusted!

I could access direct pay below 5k, but since the total bill surpasses that, they will not help treat my dog's leg as we've paid them to do for years. It feels like a series of payments for insurance, but when needed, it turns into a nightmare. So many payments in, yet no support due to restrictive policies preventing proper medical care for pets. Choose this if you want an insurance that vanishes when you need it.
