I replied within that time frame, clearly indicating that I wanted to cancel and requested a refund. The following day, I was informed that they couldn’t process a refund because the order had already shipped. This contradicts the principle of responsible purchasing. I never intended to order the additional items, and I contacted them right away to cancel. The customer service was lacking, and it seemed they didn’t handle the situation properly or take accountability. I would not recommend this service — please exercise caution before placing an order.
