I contacted them within approx. one hour of placing my order to ask them to please cancel it as I had made a mistake. Several hours later, I received a message back from customer service telling me they could offer me a discount if I wanted to keep the order or share it with someone else and that they needed a prompt response before my order went to processing and shipping, which apparently was a diversion and not true because I responded immediately confirming that I still wanted to cancel, no one got back to me and the next day I received the shipping notice. Now I’m in a battle to try to get a refund on an order I tried to cancel right away, for something that supposedly has a 30 day money-back guarantee anyway. If they hadn’t wasted time trying to offer me a promotion and just followed my initial direction to cancel, it would’ve been done well before shipping. But nonetheless, here we are and I’m getting no satisfaction from customer service. I don’t even care if the product is good at this point, there’s no way I will deal with a company that can’t even handle customer service better than this gong show.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this service. I intended to purchase just one item (the hair spray) to test it first. However, after placing my order, I noticed an unexpected extra charge in my account that confused me. I reached out to customer support shortly after to cancel everything because I felt uneasy after being charged for something I didn’t intend to buy. A representative responded, offering a 30% discount and stated that they couldn’t hold an order for more than 12 hours. I replied within that time frame, clearly indicating that I wanted to cancel and requested a refund. The following day, I was informed that they couldn’t process a refund because the order had already shipped. This contradicts the principle of responsible purchasing. I never intended to order the additional items, and I contacted them right away to cancel. The customer service was lacking, and it seemed they didn’t handle the situation properly or take accountability. I would not recommend this service — please exercise caution before placing an order.
