I contacted them within approx. one hour of placing my order to ask them to please cancel it as I had made a mistake. Several hours later, I received a message back from customer service telling me they could offer me a discount if I wanted to keep the order or share it with someone else and that they needed a prompt response before my order went to processing and shipping, which apparently was a diversion and not true because I responded immediately confirming that I still wanted to cancel, no one got back to me and the next day I received the shipping notice. Now I’m in a battle to try to get a refund on an order I tried to cancel right away, for something that supposedly has a 30 day money-back guarantee anyway. If they hadn’t wasted time trying to offer me a promotion and just followed my initial direction to cancel, it would’ve been done well before shipping. But nonetheless, here we are and I’m getting no satisfaction from customer service. I don’t even care if the product is good at this point, there’s no way I will deal with a company that can’t even handle customer service better than this gong show.

The customer service was lacking, and it seemed they didn’t handle the situation properly or take accountability. I would not recommend this service — please exercise caution before placing an order.
The ordering process was straightforward, and there was a great deal available for a supply that should last a while to test the product initially. I haven't used it for an extended period yet, but I'm hopeful it will be effective.
