Review Time
I was ordering 3 bottles at £15.99 each and they said 3 bottles would be sent FOC. I couldn’t find their total for when my transaction was going through.! I then smelt a rat!! and felt very unsure about this. I didn’t enter my bank account requests of a code to verify the payment to go through. Couldn’t find cancel button - so just left the site. 2 days later l found it in my junk mail - order having been processed!! And shipped!!!! They’ve taken two transactions of £39.99 and £95.94 !! Total of £135.93 A complete fraud company!! and how that transaction went through - no idea. I’ve phoned my credit card company and it’s been paid to Halogrow. I’ve been told to send the goods back and they apparently do fully refund ! But I doubt that very much. And the cost of sending it back with a guarantee of them receiving it. My credit card company say I can put in a dispute if l don’t get a full refund and possibly get the money back. I doubt it and the costs etc to return. I feel sickened by this. Don’t know how this happened as I’d spotted it wasn’t right. Do not deal with this corrupt company.
I have noticed after one week that a lot of the shedding is very minimal, and by hair seems to be healthier looking and feeling. Strangely enough I an gettin some very fine baby hairs sprouting at the hairline. Very happy with the product so far. Thank you
I can't really comment on the effectiveness of the product as I've only used it for a week but delivery was very prompt and the company has contacted me by email to ask for a review which does inspire some confidence that as a company they do exist. I will be back in a few weeks to hopefully give more positive and constructive review.
