I would have rated higher, but I'm still waiting for my refund. The product didn't work for me, causing gum pain after ten days of use. I contacted customer service, who sent a return label, but despite shipping it back promptly, I have yet to see my refund. I plan to dispute the transaction if I don’t receive it soon, as the return policy is not being honored.
