I had my unit for about a month before it stopped functioning properly. I contacted customer service with an email and didn't hear back for about a week, then I called. They responded to my voice mail and asked me to provide a video of how the unit was behaving. They agreed it was defective and said they would replace it. It took about a month to get it. I'm pleased they stood behind their product. I haven't been able to use the device long enough yet to know how effective it will be, so at this point I'm giving it an overall 4 rating for the unit and customer service.
