Terrible service – avoid at all costs. I bought a product on a special offer as a one-time payment, but my card was used without my permission to place another order at full price via a subscription I never consented to. To make matters worse, I never received the goods. I have sent multiple emails requesting either a refund or delivery, but have received no response at all. This is unacceptable customer service, and I strongly advise against this company.
