I never received my product. When I emailed I was told to check with other people in my household to see if they have it. Also told to check with neighbors. (In 11 inches of snow). I checked they had the correct address. That should have been enough. Not helpful at all. Working with PayPal to get my money back.

I ordered from them, did not set up a subscription. Never received my items even though it said delivered. I emailed about not receiving the products and have not got a email back after a month of waiting.. and then this morning I was charged for a subscription I did not even sign up for. This company is terrible! A total scam to steal people's money. Do not buy from them!!!!

This company is a fraud I can’t use the items sent I’ve sent numerous emails to cancel but they keep taking the money out of my account.

Do not shop with this company they are fraudulent the items the sell don’t work and it’s just daylight robbery stay away from this site and do not shop with them they just want access to your bank account to withdraw money from your account.


I’m opening a fraud case against them and will be advising my bank not to let money go to this company.

Product not received after nearly a month

I paid for a product, and almost a month has passed without receiving it. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned a shortage of the product, which caused the delay. There was no offer for compensation, just insincere apologies. I strongly advise against spending your money on this unreliable business!

I placed an order on December 31, 2025, and to this day, I have not received it. The tracking number provided has shown no updates since January 19. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and received several emails, yet no real solution has been offered. Instead, I’ve been given conflicting and inaccurate information each time I contact them. Despite the package clearly being lost or delayed, the company has refused to issue a proper refund and instead offered a $3 refund, which is simply unacceptable. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and refusal to refund my money raises serious doubts about how this company deals with customer issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend making a purchase from this company.

Unauthorized Subscription and Duplicate Charges!

I was enrolled in a monthly subscription without my consent and charged twice for an item I never ordered or approved! Avoid this company at all costs. They sent me a counterfeit product from an unknown address last month! This service is not trustworthy, and they may misuse your card information, charging you for items you didn't request!

This service is terrible; it's more of a scam than a legitimate business. I placed an order and never got my item. I've reached out to the support team but received no reply. Additionally, this is a subscription that they fail to disclose, so be sure to cancel to avoid unexpected charges.

Frustrating Subscription Experience

Like many others, I attempted to cancel a subscription but received no response after reaching out. There isn't even a cancel button, and I was shocked to discover I had subscribed (the only option available, as they don't offer non-renewing items on their website) because it was buried in the fine print. Fortunately, I found this platform and realized my mistake, managing to cancel my card in time. However, this has been a hassle and reflects poorly on their business practices. At least I did receive the product, which appears to be of acceptable quality, but it hardly justifies the trouble. What if I end up liking it? I might consider leaving a review elsewhere to reflect my experience with their questionable practices.

Disappointing experience – steer clear

Disappointing experience – steer clear. I made a purchase during a promotional offer with a one-time payment, but my card information was used without my consent for another order at full price through a subscription I never agreed to. To add to the frustration, I have yet to receive the items. I have sent several emails requesting a refund or delivery, but have received no response at all. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I highly advise against engaging with this company.
