I placed an order on December 31, 2025, and to this day, I have not received it. The tracking number provided has shown no updates since January 19. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and received several emails, yet no real solution has been offered. Instead, I’ve been given conflicting and inaccurate information each time I contact them. Despite the package clearly being lost or delayed, the company has refused to issue a proper refund and instead offered a $3 refund, which is simply unacceptable. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and refusal to refund my money raises serious doubts about how this company deals with customer issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend making a purchase from this company.
