I had a very disappointing experience with the service. Even though my credit card was never activated or used, I was still charged a monthly fee of $34 for over a year. These charges were deducted automatically without my clear consent or any transparent explanation during the signup process. It seems unreasonable to bill customers for a card that was never activated. The support team was unhelpful in resolving this issue. This situation has significantly damaged my trust in the company, and I cannot recommend this service.
