5000 5-Star reviews on Google? And only 1-star ratings on Facebook?
They are only worth 1 star. I deal with them for more than half a year, and it is a nightmare. They don't let you send funds to your card account, only increase your debt. My Keep card is almost $6000 in debt because they just don't let me transfer funds to it. Their website showed me 3 days ago that my maximum allowed payment was $303, today it is only $35 what Keep allows me to transfer to my card account. Since my limit is $6400, I am now unable to use my card, and pre-authorized payments will bounce, not because I'm poor, but because i am NOT ALLOWED to transfer funds back to my card account. This is the most ridiculous banking one could possibly imagine. Nothing makes any sense. Their website doesn't, the number never do. OSFI should shut them down, seriously.

Highly dissatisfied with the service.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. Despite my credit card never being activated or used, I was still charged a monthly fee of $34 for over a year. These fees were deducted automatically without my clear consent or any transparent explanation during the signup process. It seems unreasonable to bill customers for a card that was never activated. The support team was unhelpful in addressing this issue. This situation has significantly eroded my trust in the company, and I cannot recommend this service.

Frustrating experience with card functionality.

I am extremely dissatisfied. The service does not allow me to add funds to my card, forcing me to use my personal credit card for business expenses almost daily. Initially, my purchases go through, but then my card gets blocked under the guise of fraud prevention. This happens repeatedly, and I have to wait until the next day to make more purchases. Additionally, I can't add funds to my card due to an error message that states my payment would exceed the due balance. This system is incredibly frustrating and poorly designed. If you're looking for quick access to funds, you might consider this service, but if you want a reliable business credit card, steer clear.

Inadequate tech support.

The tech support is weak and slow, which is disappointing for a paid service. Otherwise, the service functions as expected. We're currently seeking an alternative.

Difficult to reach customer support.

It was quite challenging to get someone on the phone. The experience didn't give me confidence. After applying, I had to provide my bank statements, which felt invasive. It took five days to get a response, only to find out we were declined without prior notification. If you advertise fast approval, this service fell short!

Inconsistent application process.

The application process is inconsistent. It seems the individuals handling onboarding are not adequately qualified. This has been a waste of time for us. I would recommend going with a different financial institution.

Easy signup but difficult cancellation.

The signup process is straightforward, but canceling is a major hassle. You must call their support line, provide your contact details, and wait for a salesperson to call you back. You can't cancel via email, and multiple calls are required to complete the process. This has been a frustrating experience.
