The pillow arrived with an unpleasant odor. I tried everything to clean it or remove the smell, but nothing worked. I reached out to the company for a refund or replacement since I had a warranty. I was told a refund was impossible due to hygiene reasons, and a replacement was also not possible because the picture I provided showed no damage. Now I’m left with a pillow and out $44 for the purchase. DO NOT waste your time or money with this brand; they do NOT support their products.
