Very disappointing interactions with the support team. No tracking details were provided, and my order was marked as "confirmed" a week before I heard from the support team. I am disputing the charge with my bank to recover my funds. Untrustworthy.
Extremely poor interactions with the customer service representatives. No tracking ID was given, and my order was "confirmed" seven days before I got any response from support. I am contesting the charge with my bank to get my money back. Deceptive.
The pillow arrived with an unpleasant odor. I tried everything to clean it or remove the smell, but nothing worked. I reached out to the company for a refund or replacement since I had a warranty. I was told a refund was impossible due to hygiene reasons, and a replacement was also not possible because the picture I provided showed no damage. Now I’m left with a pillow and out $44 for the purchase. DO NOT waste your time or money with this brand; they do NOT support their products.
I ordered a special deal of buy two get two free, along with a free bag of mushroom gummies. I only received two pots of gummies and one mushroom gummy. After several attempts to reach customer service, I finally got a response accusing me of lying. They claimed to have sent out all items and the mushroom gummies, which is absolutely disgraceful. I would not recommend them at all; I paid for these items and have not received everything. I can't believe they are calling me a liar.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered the “buy one get one free” sleep gummies — only one arrived, and it didn’t work. I requested a refund and am still waiting. I can’t even find how to cancel the subscription. Maybe the gummies worked — they just put my money to sleep. 💸
Major disappointment with the pillow I purchased. When they arrived, they were rolled up in a bag, and I expected them to fluff up over time. This did not happen.
