Ordered since it was all over the site about being risk free and 100% money back. Placed the 4 month supply order since it said to give it at least 30 days, at the 30 day mar of my original order placement they shipped another 90 day supply when it clearly showed on my original order that I was set up for every 3 months. Reached out about their error in shipping early and the refuse to refund me without me paying to ship their error back to them and they will not refund me their shipping cost on the error or mine to return their error. Went ahead to also return the original that I had let as it was not doing anything for me and they also are not standing by their posted guarantee. They said they would refund me for unopened product and I had to pay to ship that to them as well. Very poor product and even poorer customer service and backing of their product. I am having to file a dispute with my card to get my money back.
