Well, it's been a week and a 2 days since I've started my patch journey and I have to say...I'm not impressed. I haven't lost weight and my skin is breaking out. You can see where I had the patches on my skin. It leaves dark 🌑 circles on my skin. Except on my arm and shoulder. I didn't have any marks there. At least not yet. But on my stomach, I have broken out. I honestly have 1 more week left before it supposedly suppose to start working. The packet says it takes up to 2 weeks before we see results. I'm not sure if I'll make it. I'm breaking out on my skin. I'm not sure if I should keep going now. I would advise not to buy the patches. If I decide to keep going and I start to lose weight, I will come back on here and make a review for that but as of now? It's been a week and 2 days and I haven't lost any weight. 1 pound. That's it. AND!!! It's leaving dark 🌑 circles on my skin. That's just about it. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Rubbish customer service.
Twice they have taken money from my account and i did not place an order and i do not have a subscription. Everytime i email to ask them to please refund me they repeat themselves asking for an order number i do not have due to not placing an order in the first place! And still do not solve the issue and have my money!
Ridiculous company

I did not submit a purchase for these patches. Did not have confirmation that I completed an order, but I was charged. Immediately messaged to stop the order, silence. Got order in, returned without even opening per the instructions I was given. Tracked the order, notified when tracking said delivered as instructed. No refund yet. Keep getting refund approved but some bull about processing center hold up. Didnt take their processing center but .2 seconds to take money. Filed dispute with credit union and BBB.

Very very poor customer service. I ordered these on mid January this year and still haven’t received it.. the only response I get from this mob is that it’s on its way with a renewed message every couple of days. I do not trust this company nor would I even trust the patches..

Well guess what, Lo and behold I have received these patches today being the 19th of February, and the package was sent on the 9th of February, from BRISBANE, minutes from where I actually live.
Not a bad effort for having ordered these very expensive patches, for which I paid in US dollars, so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were from the USA. Every single time I would enquire they sent me the same message saying ‘ great news your item has been shipped’ and they were shown to be sent on the 17th of January. So where is that package? I strongly believe that this package was only sent out of the concern that I really did make such a concerted effort to make sure that I got this product otherwise I’m sure I still wouldn’t have it to this day..
So unfortunately this response I received from this company really doesn’t mean much to me at all.

Extremely disappointed with the service

I'm incredibly frustrated. I placed my order more than two weeks ago and still haven't received anything. I've sent two emails without any reply. Additionally, there's no way to track my order. I'm considering reporting this to my bank for fraud.

Unexpectedly received the product today despite initial frustration.

I am genuinely surprised that the product arrived today. I almost abandoned the ordering process because of the numerous additional items that kept appearing. I didn't even realize my order was fully completed. I'm eager to try the product and provide another review, but I'm not looking forward to navigating the ordering process again.

Ordering experience had its challenges, but hopeful for the results

The ordering process could have been better, as I received an extra six-month supply along with an additional $65 charge. However, if the product proves effective, I won't be upset. Now I have a nine-month supply for $118. It arrived quite swiftly, in about 12 days. I’m hopeful that it works, and I’ll update in a few weeks on my experience. Thank you in advance.
