Having seen their advertisement on Instagram, I was very interested in the projector. Then, seeing the bundle offered on their website, which included three free gifts, one of which was the Harry Potter scenes package worth £44, I decided to purchase that bundle. The projector was tracked from China and arrived on my doorstep nine days later—good service, I thought. Setup is easy, but then where are the three packs of scenes (including the Harry Potter £44 pack) totaling £80? I contacted their helpline by email, and they promptly replied, saying that due to a problem with syncing the projector, the scene packs weren't available, and I hadn't been charged for them! They did suggest I look at YouTube and provided a link for a HP scene that was pretty poor and certainly not worth £44. They are still advertising the bundle at a sale price and a larger bundle for a larger cost. Have now been contacted by them and given a 25% refund.
