Review Time
I've just recently started at university and moved into student accommodation, with no TV in my new room. One thing about me is that I watch TV like my life depends on it. Being a student is expensive, so I didn't have the option of buying a TV for my room. Thankfully, I came across this projector and it has exceeded all my expectations! I love that I can display it anywhere in my room, even on the ceiling so I can watch whilst laying in bed!
I had some issues with getting the scene packs synced to the projector, which was inconvenient as I was really excited to see them. I spoke to customer service, and hats off to them because the way they dealt with my issue truly was amazing.I do wish that I had the scene packs on there already, but I appreciate that not everything goes to plan and it’s how they dealt with it that really matters. In the end, they gave me a fix and I got my scene packs downloaded onto the projector. I’m really happy with them and I love the Harry Potter ones so much. The delivery was pretty fast too, overall I am satisfied but seems to be a running issue with the scene packs for other customers too. Hopefully everyone who has an issue will be able to get it resolved like I did :)

I wish I’d read the other one star review before buying. I also bought as a gift with the scenes package for a present and also got some crap first about not being ‘charged’ although paid for the package and was charged, then the ‘not syncing’ the order. I then got offered a link to YouTube for scenes you can download if you are a premium account holder with a monthly cost. They have refunded 15% which is still more than I would have paid as did not really want a screen or the crappy speaker they sent (looks like it came out of a $2 shop.) Buy local
Ordered this for my son’s birthday specifically for the Harry Potter and Star Wars packs. Guess what… they didn’t arrive with the projector! Fobbed off that they were removed after synching on the final charge before it left china or some rubbish. Please avoid you can get a cheaper improved version online from a large online retailer. This is just Another foreign based retailer advertising on social media imitating a uk site
Having seen their advertisement on Instagram, I was very interested in the projector. Then, seeing the bundle offered on their website, which included three free gifts, one of which was the Harry Potter scenes package worth £44, I decided to purchase that bundle. The projector was tracked from China and arrived on my doorstep nine days later—good service, I thought. Setup is easy, but then where are the three packs of scenes (including the Harry Potter £44 pack) totaling £80? I contacted their helpline by email, and they promptly replied, saying that due to a problem with syncing the projector, the scene packs weren't available, and I hadn't been charged for them! They did suggest I look at YouTube and provided a link for a HP scene that was pretty poor and certainly not worth £44. They are still advertising the bundle at a sale price and a larger bundle for a larger cost. Have now been contacted by them and given a 25% refund.
