I had some issues with getting the scene packs synced to the projector, which was inconvenient as I was really excited to see them. I spoke to customer service, and hats off to them because the way they dealt with my issue truly was amazing.
I do wish that I had the scene packs on there already, but I appreciate that not everything goes to plan and it’s how they dealt with it that really matters. In the end, they gave me a fix and I got my scene packs downloaded onto the projector. I’m really happy with them and I love the Harry Potter ones so much.
The delivery was pretty fast too, overall I am satisfied but seems to be a running issue with the scene packs for other customers too. Hopefully everyone who has an issue will be able to get it resolved like I did :)
