Warning for anyone thinking about trying this product on a subscription basis. Shipping can take a considerable amount of time, and my order arrived nearly a month after placing it. Just three days after receiving the first shipment, I was charged for the second one. When I asked to stop the second order because I had just gotten the first, my request was denied, and I was reminded that I had signed up for the subscription. When I attempted to cancel the subscription instead, I was offered a change in the order frequency. Now, I’ve been informed that I need to repay the initial discount in order to cancel, even though I’ve fulfilled two subscriptions according to the company’s policy. The subscription discount only applies to the first order, not to any subsequent ones. I haven’t tried the product yet; it might be effective, but it unfortunately feels like a trap. Additionally, there’s no way to manage your subscription on the website; everything must be done through email, leaving you without control.
