Terrible service, they keep charging me over £50 each month despite my cancellation requests. Their responses ask for irrelevant information and they never actually process the cancellation—resorting to manipulative tactics by suggesting that, as a caring parent, I should want to keep them secure. I'm extremely frustrated with this company and plan to contact trading standards.
