After I requested a refund within 90 days of my purchase—earlier than the 120 days stated on the website—they claimed my order was too old, said they had no records, and couldn't help me at all. This feels like a joke! According to tax regulations, transaction records must be kept for years, but they clearly don't care. Businesses are supposed to retain records for compliance, yet they can't keep them for over 90 days? THIS IS A SCAM!
