Purchasing based on reviews and fingers crossed it works. Only criticism was all the pop ups trying to confirm order, ended up ordering double the quantity by mistake making it a very expensive purchase. Only time will tell, if it works, great, if it doesn't will feel it was a very expensive mistake . I did contact Orville and they claim I ordered correctly and would not adjust or cancel the mistaken order. I received an order confirmation for 1 order, but they charged my PayPal account for 2 separate orders. Which added up to the 1 order???? Fishy business. Still waiting for product. Hope it works.Kind of feel scammed by the process, especially when I contacted them right after the order was placed to cancel the one?I also received an email saying I did not take advantage of their offer for more savings and did I want to add to my order, but my order did include the extra savings item that I was sure I did not click on that pop-up to buy more!!!!!!!Therefore I am receiving 9 pens instead of 3 I wanted to try for 130$ canadian. 90$USD. Definitely not a deal
