The ordering process was simple and easy. I read other reviews before I decided to order to see if it seemed legit. We shall see! I did see that there were some negative comments about supply, so the jury is out on this until I receive my order.
I have only ordered the product. I have yet to use it. The purchase was fairly simple, but I would have preferred to only purchase a single pen to give it a try. However, the full discounted price was only offered in quantity.
I had previously tried prescribed treatment that was a hassle to apply and was unsatisfactory. The only other option my GP offered required a liver function test (that I passed), but might clash with other medications that I was on but only had a 60% success rate! After seeing an Orivelle ad on social media I thought it was worth trying. It has been very easy to apply and after using 3 of 12 pens ordered I'm encouraged by the results so far and will evaluate its effectiveness after I've finished but signs are heading in the direction!
The ordering process for this product is absolutely shocking.
There are so many pop ups trying to upsell products that I have ended up unintentionally ordering an excess amount of pens.
I have tried to cancel this order but have been unable to speak to anyone regarding this.

I would never deal with this company again and I would advise other people not to buy from them. I ordered 2+1 nail fungus pens and they also added on 3+3 pens. As this is in USD I ended up being charged $156 NZD. This has left me with $43 in my bank to last 9 days for food etc. I emailed them promptly and also used their form to tell them this and ask for the 3+3 pens to be removed and refund my money. I got an email back saying it had already been processed and shipped. Also said "We believe you will be pleased with your purchase". I am NOT pleased and think this company is operating in a fraudulent manner. DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
Avoid this company at all costs and believe me it will cost you a lot if you order a pen as they will send you more than you ordered with no chance of a refund.
If we had real trading standards this company would not be allowed to trade. It gets its money through lies and deceipt and very illustrative literature
Purchasing based on reviews and fingers crossed it works. Only criticism was all the pop ups trying to confirm order, ended up ordering double the quantity by mistake making it a very expensive purchase. Only time will tell, if it works, great, if it doesn't will feel it was a very expensive mistake . I did contact Orville and they claim I ordered correctly and would not adjust or cancel the mistaken order. I received an order confirmation for 1 order, but they charged my PayPal account for 2 separate orders. Which added up to the 1 order???? Fishy business. Still waiting for product. Hope it works.Kind of feel scammed by the process, especially when I contacted them right after the order was placed to cancel the one?I also received an email saying I did not take advantage of their offer for more savings and did I want to add to my order, but my order did include the extra savings item that I was sure I did not click on that pop-up to buy more!!!!!!!Therefore I am receiving 9 pens instead of 3 I wanted to try for 130$ canadian. 90$USD. Definitely not a deal
It was very professional, informative, listed all the ingredients, and that there were many clinical studies done. It seemed authentic and very helpful to people who have fungal infections. Even doctors say it can last years for of treatments. It can really make someone feel insecure and less confident when dealing with infected toes. It's embarrassing even when you get a pedicure. I know many people with it and this treatment looks promising.
I think this business is a SCAM .I ordered two pens and they were delivered to my A address ok .I then found that they charged my paypal account with another order -THAT I DID NOT MAKE.(showing my old address)
For goods that never arrived anyway.
Despite my many emails they REFUSDE to make a refund.
So DO NOT ORDER FROM - ORIVELLE.
They scam you by processing orders that you do not make.They do this by setting up automatic debits and orders.
I am out of pocket $46.17 USD.
