We remain an active client of the company and its partner. About a year ago, there were errors in submissions to a regulatory body, resulting in our payroll being processed incorrectly as if we were a different entity. This has directly affected our employees and our year-end financials. While we recognize that errors can occur, we've continued to give the company time and trust to address the situation. Over the past year, we've sent follow-up emails approximately every three weeks seeking assistance. Responses are often delayed or not received at all. When we do get replies, we are informed that the issue will be looked into, but either no action is taken or it is handled improperly. When we enrolled, we believed the business was operating under regulatory oversight. To our knowledge, this is no longer the case. Given the unresolved compliance issues we are currently facing, this has heightened our concerns as clients. A representative has repeatedly assured us that the matter would be resolved. Several months ago, we requested an urgent phone call to discuss the situation, but it was never arranged and no follow-up occurred. Another representative frequently sends generic responses, but we have not observed any meaningful progress towards a resolution. From our viewpoint, this seems to be a straightforward payroll correction, yet it remains unresolved after a year. As we approach the submission of our accounts, the ongoing lack of resolution has caused significant disruption and concern. The original mistakes were not our doing, yet the responsibility and consequences have entirely fallen on our business. As clients who have been patient and acted in good faith, we find the continued inaction unacceptable.
