Buyer beware. If you have a customer service issue it will not be handled professionally, kindly or efficiently. If you do have to call prepare to be on hold 15+ minutes and for any customer service related issue to take a half hour of your day without resolution. I spoke to Maria and she was not only NOT helpful just telling me to wait for a mia package that hasn't moved since before Christmas but then also hung up on me when I told her I was not happy with that response. There was no offer to follow up on this issue in the next couple of days. There was not kindness just cold "nothing we can do". "You'll have to wait and see what happens." These are holiday scents that I ordered. Waiting is really not an option as they were supposed to be gifts for the holidays. If this had been handled in a caring manner by their customer service rather than a handwashing of the situation it would have made a difference. Clearly they are happy to take the orders but then buyer beware of what may happen after that.
