I signed up for Pura’s subscription because of the ‘free diffuser’ promotion. The scents were far too strong and tacky for my taste, so I decided to cancel. What really frustrated me is that when I unsubscribed, the popup warned I’d be charged for the diffuser but didn’t show the amount. Only afterward did I learn it was $100.The diffuser works fine, but the fragrances didn’t suit me and the subscription terms feel misleading. Customers deserve to see the exact charge upfront before canceling. Between the overpowering scents and unclear billing, this was a disappointing experience
