While it took me quite a while to find a phone number and email address to pose my questions to, once I did, I left a message and figured I'd never get a response. But Matthew called me back within five minutes and explained what I needed to do. I took the picutres, emailed them to him, and once again, he emailed me immediately with an answer. My eyelift device was only working on the left eye, and he promised to send me a replacement. After reading some of the reviews, I see that several others have had the same problem. Matthew was fantastic, caring, attentive, polite, and made an older lady with few computer skills, feel great. I've never seen such a terrific customer service department where, judging by all the responses, everyone in the department is amazing. Matthew deserves 50 stars! The only recommendation I would give, please send Customer Service phone numbers and email addresses with the unit. And lastly, please include a short video of how to program it. The QR code on the insert showed a short video of the renewalift, not the eyelift. But the video was great. Thank you for being such a responsible company. And kudos to Matthew!!!Cheryl in NC
