I used the device for five weeks, or until the magic serum ran out. There was no improvement whatsoever. I used it as directed. I do not have a huge turkey wattle neck, no deep creases on my face, but my mouth corners are starting to go south. This device and the serum did nothing. I followed directions to the T. And, you don’t get 100 days to return for a refund, you only get 20. Don’t waste your money.

I sent a video to Matthew from Customer Experience Team of Renewa Skin. The team reviewed the problems and got back to me the very next day and indicated that the replacements are on the way to me. What an excellent customer service! Matthew is an asset of Renewa Skin.

The eyelift tool and recommended serum does not work. Weeks and no change. Going to see my dermo instead. Don't believe the post saying it works. I think it is nothing more than wishful thinking. A lot of reviews appear to be about great customer service. If I could, I would return it.
