I am not sure if the product works or not. (Still using it.) I wish the instructions were better written with more details. I am writing because I was really impressed with this customer support person, EJ. He stayed with me and kept following up with various department(s) within the company. I finally got my partial refund after more than 40 days. It was not the little refund that made a difference, or made me happy. It was the dedication and effort EJ put in to do his job and made his customers happy that impressed me. It is really rare that I see someone like that in any company! Thank you and take care!
