Instead of calling I wrote my concerns so I would have a record. The person who contacted me did so in record time and was able to answer my questions concisely. I live in Canada, so having avoided American tariffs and duties, I wanted to know how this would work. We also have a Nationwide Canada Post strike and wanted to be certain I let you know of our circumstances. The agent was perfect in covering my concerns and told me they would be with me through the shipping process. It was great customer service. I have used Red Light therapy for years and lately I am not getting the same results. I am looking forward to using your product and hope it does a good job. I have always been a skin care person since my early twenties. I am now 70 and don't want a facelift and the chance that it might go wrong. This is the next best solution. Heres to hoping!
