I had some slight trouble with my new unit, probably due to operator error. i just opened my new renewa device 9/ 20/ 2025. I wrote an email indicating that my unit wasn't working and I was worried and I received an immediate response from EJ. She was very quick to respond. Offered her help and has stayed in touch while I worked more with the unit and now it is working. I am very grateful to EJ for her help. Kathy Matt
