Matthew was amazing! I had an issue with my product not working properly. I sent an email and got a reply within a few hours. He was very kind and explained what was needed to help me get a replacement. We exchanged a few emails as I provided him with the pictures and details he needed. He then got a replacement unit shipped out to me! It was very easy and I didn't feel like my email went into a black whole. He is a great example of what customer service needs too look like.
