I got Renewa EyeLift Massager and Intense Pulsed Light Wrinkles Reducing Instrument myself for my BD in late April or early May. Intense Pulsed Light was working fine, but EyeLLift Massager didnt' even turn on or charge. I had been so busy that I didn't have time to contact customer service until July. I didn't remember money back guarantee period if any, but I thought I would be honest and give it a try and see if the customer service would believe me and help me solve issues. EJ was so quick, attentive, and tried to troubleshoot and believed in my claim. EJ could have doubted that I could have broken it since it's been close to three months have had passed since my order, but EJ didn't even ask me questions. In the end, nothing worked and EJ was kind enough to ship me replacement without me returning it. I received a replacement yesterday and it is working great! I'm very pleased with their customer service. As for Intense Pulsed Light, I have tried blue light for the last couple of weeks and my pores got much smaller! I just started using red light now and look forward to good results! One thing I noticed is that Intense Pulsed Light instructions in the box was inaccurate in terms of each color's effect.
