My first eyelift device arrived with a glitchy defect where it only pulsed on my left eye. Getting that device replaced took weeks, mostly because I could not find the correct mail to notify I think. It finally came, but then a week later the second device was defective as well. Yet, EJ from customer care, replied to my email right away and said a replacement will be shipped right away. I was impressed and delighted I didn't have to wait weeks again for the replacement. Plus, a load of bonus items were included in my replacement and a discount to use for future orders. Looks like they really do give good customer service!
