I received my Renewa products as expected. Being new to these products I read the accompanying materials and visited website for videos. My Renewa Lift glasses didn't seem to be working correctly. I contacted customer service and Kei contacted me asking for details, which I provided. In no time whatsoever ever Kei got back to me and told me my replacement was being processed! Quick and easy. Hats off to Kei for the excellent customer service. Too often today, you buy something online and there is no customer service when problems arise....not with Renewa! Excellent and quick customer service!
