My RenewaLift stopped vibrating afer 2 days of use. I had a bit of difficulty finding out how to contact the company but when I did EJ, from customer service replied to my email promptly. I was asked to send a video taken while using the device. Being tech-challenged this was difficult for me but EJ was very patient and explained in detail how to do it. After viewing the video EJ quickly approved a replacement to be sent to me. The process was quick and pleasant and any difficulties were caused by my lack of online skills. Thank you EJ.
