I purchased both RenewalLift Skin Tightening Device & EyeLift from the company 4 months ago. The Skin Tightening Device stopped charging and the EyeLift barely worked even after fully charged. I sent a video to Matthew from Customer Experience Team of Renewa Skin. The team reviewed the problems and got back to me the very next day and indicated that the replacements are on the way to me.
