I really wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before making my purchase. I ordered a highland cow as a Christmas gift, but what I received was not as advertised. The promised warming/cooling bag was missing. When I tried to report the issue, the refund link didn’t work. I emailed them and only heard back after a month. Their response mentioned that while the plush toy might differ slightly from the description, it still provides the same comforting qualities that plush toys are known for. They highlighted benefits like reducing stress and anxiety, promoting better sleep, and offering emotional support. They even offered a 40% refund on my $25 purchase! I couldn't believe it! They failed to deliver the product they promised, plain and simple. I hope this helps others avoid wasting their hard-earned money on this deceptive company.
