I would rate this experience with ZERO stars if I could. I realized that this company is a SCAM after we received a product that was not what was advertised. And now today I got a text from my bank asking if I placed an order for some site called RubyFem.com. when I talked to the bank fraud they mentioned a charge from the same site on the same day I ordered the highland cow weighted plushie. Then the fraud agent also asked me if I had ever been on only fans to place an order...needless to say, I have never been on any of these sites or authorized any of the payments to any of them. Especially for the amounts of subscriptions they are claiming I ordered!!! They will continue to charge you for things that you know nothing about or want. Just like they do when you hit the pay button and see the receipt with charges that you didn't initially know we're going to be charged...like the extra 15.00 for shipping when they advertise 4.95 shipping fees. They never tell you it's coming from out of the country, but when you track the package it has to go through customs and duty checks!!! Hmmmmmm, their addresses are fake and they don't have a warehouse anywhere!!!! THE PRODUCTS ARE CRAP AND THEIR PRACTICES ARE FRAUDULENT!!! You will be required to close accounts or cancel cards to stop their fraudulent charges from draining weed everything they can get from you!!!! PLEASE, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
AVOID THIS SCAM I fell for the same trick. I received the item, but there was no weight included. I got nothing, and then they charged me $39.97 monthly, despite my efforts to contact them via email, which have gone unanswered. Now, I have to call my bank and change my card number to prevent further charges next month. This is a complete scam, and I regret falling for it. I feel foolish. This situation is absurd, and I hope to recover my money, as $35 twice is quite significant.

I only gave a star because I had to in order to share my experience with this service. I have reached out to them multiple times, but I keep getting the runaround. What my friend received was not as advertised. It was supposed to be a highland cow with a pouch for beads that can be microwaved or frozen, but it came without any beads. I wish I had read the reviews before engaging with this service.

This advertisement is highly misleading! It was promoted as a weighted plus cow, and in the image, it appeared to be around 24-36 inches! However, when I received my order, it measured only about 12 inches and is completely unweighted! What a disappointment!
