I purchased what I believed was a single Moringa product during a promotional offer. However, I was charged for four units, and the transaction was processed in USD rather than AUD.
In addition, I later discovered that I had been placed on a subscription and was sent further products and charged again. At no point did I clearly understand that I was signing up for a subscription.
When I contacted customer service, I was told to cancel the subscription myself — but as I did not knowingly create one, I had no login details to access or manage it.
I strongly recommend carefully reviewing all checkout details before purchasing, as the ordering process was not clear to me.
