I havnt even received my order and I'm already passed. No invoice sheet showing my order. And I was charged over $50 for an order which should of been in the low $40s. And no way to verify what I was charged for. Absolutely a shady way to do business online. I can only imagine how I'm gonna get screwed next by these shysters.

For one It said buy one get one free real clear in the video 1499. That means it should’ve cost 1499 for 2 bottles but nope $35 is what it cost. Foul and misleading and a scam. Next when I write to get the refund only after I had already read the reviews here on Good trust pilot. Many people got signed up for a subscription. They didn’t know about:( I in fact checked with them when I wanted to get my refund and they said I did sign up for the subscription. Oh no, I did not fraud number two. This company frauded me the first two ways. I went ahead and called my bank and block them. they won’t get another dime. The way I see it if they’re practices and their word is no good. They are no good or their product. I’m afraid to take the product now. I won’t take it. On top of it all they actually tried to bribe me into getting 10% off my last order to write a good recommendation! Boo hoo you shouldn’t have to bribe anybody to get a good recommendation. They only do because they got bad practices and they’re trying to raise their score. I’m just trying to stop someone else from being stupid like I was who knows what the product does probably poison. If they were right they wouldn’t have to trick people into subscriptions that only make people mad. Stay away from Rosabell.

I should have know better than to order on a whim through a social media ad. I just received my order, and by golly it was a lot of product! After ordering I started getting other ads, and decided to look at the comment section and read some negative remarks. Mainly about unexpected subscription charges. Sure enough I in fact was set up for repeat automatic subscription renewals. Luckily I saw the negative reviews before it charged my credit card account.

Without further ado, to cancel the automatic subscription renewal select "Manage Subscriptions" on the top menu of their website.

After several attempts entering my email credentials, and not receiving an email, not in my spam either, I had to go to their chat settings requesting subscription cancellation. It took a few days, but their support team finally sent me an email to login to my account: rosabella site/login
You will need to enter Username & Password, which their support team supplied. My Username was my email address.

From there you can easily cancel the repeat renewal the company automatically set you up for. Of course, after several prompts asking if you are sure you want to cancel, and offering even more of the product at a discounted rate... What a shady practice not letting your customers know they are going to be charged without notice, and all the hoops you have to jump through to cancel!

I just took my first capsule of a 2 year supply, so hopefully it's a least a good product. I would make sure to look at reviews before taking the product as there are some potential side effects with medical conditions & being mixed with some medications. Introduction dosage also suggests to ease into it with 1 capsule a day for the first week or two.. Hoping it does as advertised with blood pressure, and what sold me via the facebook ad suggesting the product would help with reduction in cholesterol levels.

This company has risen above all others in their customer service and in their quality product. I'm currently on my third round of their moranga, and I can attest that it does what they say. I feel better than I've felt for a long time, and my son is also taking it and it seems to be healing his acne-scarred skin from the inside out. I've had some questions about my subscription and have reached out to them on two separate occasions. They truly have the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Their representatives were very quick to respond and met my concerns with quick and courteous solutions... 10 out of 10 would recommend this company.

I purchased what I believed was a single Moringa product during a promotional offer. However, I was charged for four units, and the transaction was processed in USD rather than AUD.

In addition, I later discovered that I had been placed on a subscription and was sent further products and charged again. At no point did I clearly understand that I was signing up for a subscription.

When I contacted customer service, I was told to cancel the subscription myself — but as I did not knowingly create one, I had no login details to access or manage it.

I strongly recommend carefully reviewing all checkout details before purchasing, as the ordering process was not clear to me.

Such a bad company. I ordered a one time purchase, later that night a second order went through that i did not purchase. Contacted company to find out why they charged me for a second order ( was not a duplicate order, had different number of bottles). Took close to a month to get my refund and low and behold 3 weeks later they charged me a second time. I contacted them again and was told they only refund 1 time and that they are sorry for the inconvenience. The fact they told me they only refund 1 time tells me they make a habit of doing this to people, therefore I feel like it is a scam. Take my opinion for what it's worth. On top of that, after a couple months I feel no different physically.
